We know you want your olive oil delivered quickly, and so do we! We generally ship orders placed before noon PST the same business day (M-F). However, during peak times, such as during a promotion, or the holidays, we can get behind schedule, up to one week.
We prioritize "easy" orders. Occasionally, customers place multiple orders at the same time and one order ships days before another. In this case, it's likely that an easy-to-ship order, such as a single bottle or gift pack, was shipped first. Orders with many products need to be evaluated for the best method of shipping and appropriate packaging, which takes time.
