We have a 30-day "You'll Love It" policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to decide whether you LOVE it or not. If something is not to your liking, no problem! We'll gladly refund or replace your purchase :)
To start a return, you can contact us at support@sciabica.com. We’ll promptly credit your card, or send you a new bottle. If we need to get your item back, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Adding/removing items on an order: Unfortunately, we can not add items to an order. There is no way for us to charge for additional items without a new order being placed by you. If your order has not shipped, we can cancel your order, and you can place a new order with the additional item(s).
However, we can remove items from an order and refund your card for the difference.
To initiate an order change or cancellation, simply reply to your order confirmation or email support@sciabica.com.
Damages and issues: We work hard to deliver every order accurately and safely, but occasionally, we slip up. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can make it right!
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Everything we sell comes with a 100% You'll Love It Guarantee. Well, almost everything... Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
